This Privacy Policy describes how Juice sp. z o.o. with its registered seat in Wrocław (50-443), ul. Pułaskiego 52, Poland, entered into a register by Regional Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna under KRS No 0000329287, VAT No (NIP): 897-175-28-99 (“we”) process your personal data on its website.

Our website

Browsing our website does not require you to provide any personal data. You may send us with your contact details on purely voluntarily basis. For further information please consult section “Your personal data processing”.

We use, however, cookie files. Our cookies collect basic information regarding your use of Juice website, which do not have to be personal data. We do this in order to ensure proper functioning of the website and its optimization. Please note: you can disable cookies in your browser, as well as delete the already stored ones.

Your personal data will be processed throughout the period necessary to address your query or request and, afterwards, until we have a legitimate interest in contact with you (or your company). This time may be prolonged by the period of limitation relevant for potential claims.

Your personal data recipients may include, apart from our staff, our contractors and providers of IT services.

We do our best to limit transfer of your personal data to the third countries. It may happen, however, that due to the use of cloud services, such data will be transferred outside the EEA – European Economic Area.

Therefore, the legal basis for your personal data processing during the recruitment process is Art. 6(1)(b) of GDPR (the General data protection regulation), meaning: processing necessary to proceed with the recruitment process on your demand. If you provide us with personal data which would go beyond the necessary scope as described in the relevant provisions of law, we will process them on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) of GDPR, i.e. your consent. In addition to this, should you decide to allow us to process your personal data for the purpose of future recruitments or you send your application without reference to any particular job opening, your data will be processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) of GDPR, that is your consent.

Your personal data will be processed as long as they are necessary to close the recruitment process and later, until the end of statute of limitation relevant for potential claims regarding the aforementioned. Should you decide to allow us to process your personal data for the purpose of future recruitments or send your application without reference to any particular job opening, your data will be processed until the withdrawal or your consent.
